For 3D students: Most I’ve met simply aren’t doing the hours needed to get into the industry. Studying only 10:00-16:00 every day won’t cut it - particularly since only a portion of the day is spent on actual work.
I usually can't be bothered arguing with people online about 3d these days, do whatever you want. Take blanket threats like this with a grain of salt though. Making such sweeping statements with barely any actual industry experiences is quite frankly, foolish.

Multigrid EXPLOSIONS!! Mapped temperature to Blackbody gradient, and added ambient occlusion to the render, which makes things look way better IMO. Driving source with #niagara raster grid and particles. Loving the results!
