@Ikennasamuel14@CFCPys@FabrizioRomano You are joking.
Bayern paid £14.25m for Jackson and still covered his wages.
Villa paid £5m for Dasisi and still covered his wages
✍️ Even if we sell Enzo Fernández now or next week, we can't get Bournemouth to sell Alex Scott, who is reportedly our number one target, and it doesn't look like we have too many available options.
This is why selling Enzo this summer sucks. The market for midfielders is dry, and we don’t have much time to negotiate for a replacement.
Enzo is a massive asset; if we don't sell him now, he will still fetch good money next summer. Then we can be better prepared to find a replacement.
I personally wish we'd stick to our word, resist Man City, and keep him until next summer. That's how I see it. We have little to gain and a lot to lose if we sell now.
One of the big six clubs is going to go on a mad run at the start of the season. The fanbase is going to start getting excited about winning the league title but by November they’ll be calling for the manager to be sacked.
Who’s your bet on ?
