@shwinnypooh Drawing the line at Hugo a few weeks ago on Twitter for Giannis to then crying about Clingan being the line in the sand on the pod had me crying ๐
@JoshEberley Iโd probably go Zion.
Both highly touted coming into league with massive popularity. Both possess top end talents to be one of the leagues best but often injured.
Despite the incredible talent, both are mid careers and have zero All-NBA/Pro teams to show for it.
@JonesOnTheNBA Another factor could be if a player chose Lakers/Knicks as example for the market not only is there a potential of leaving money on table if that big market team doesnโt have space but also the opportunity to shine with the keys day one which can limit earnings in 2nd deal
@MagnusSav May be the opposite. Cap space is limited around league and so are opportunities to shine and build resume for 2nd/3rd contracts.
No draft actually encourages franchises to up their level and competency to attract players
@FAmmiranteTFJ In theory this sounds good until you wait and take QBs mid/late who donโt hit and then you are in a world of trouble with no end in sight
