10年くらいうつ病と付き合ってるけど
薬飲むのやめたら希死念慮ができたり症状が出てきます。

@leftunsents —find things to do that make u feel excited to live. I know depression sucks but there are things you can do to not feel so shitty. Life is generally hard for most people; but the strongest will prevail. I can’t tell u what would work exactly for u but there’s a way.
