Not the biggest fan of @jesusfalcis but we literally had a President and now, a Vice President, who have been on record, been cursing on record on national television and fostering polarizing acts; just to name a few of the offenders.
This is hypocrisy.
Kaninong mayor to? Grabe! nagpapaalam sa lahat dahil aabsent ng isang araw. Sa sobrang bihira mag bakasyon may napa comment sa background na "Wow! magbabakasyon na sya!"
It has been found that Chinese research vessel Yue Zhan Yu Ke 6 was towing the floating platform illegally in the Philippines' EEZ.
China has no right to show up in our EEZ like it is the owner.
Philippines won't remain quiet, they should keep exposing China's hooliganism.
Exactly. Don’t tell us that the Supreme Court of the Philippines can only attack regular lawyers with no govt connections. It really shows that the justice system in the PH is a mirage thus Rodrigo Duterte deserved to be in trial in a foreign country with respectable justices.
The decision to expose the illegal presence of the People’s Republic of China’s floating, movable platform is not only about being transparent with the Filipino people and countering China’s lies.
It is also meant to inform the international community, like-minded states, and our allies and friends that China is once again violating UNCLOS, undermining the rules-based order, and jeopardizing the peace and prosperity of this region.
Because if we choose to stay silent — if we choose to look away from such unlawful acts — we only embolden the bully, convincing it that it can do whatever it pleases simply because it has the military and economic might to silence the rest of us.
But the Philippines will not be silenced. We choose to stand up to bullies!
It's WEIRD that the Supreme Court would suspend lawyer @jesusfalcis over a tweet posted eight years ago, something that should fall under freedom of expression yet let a Vice President who cursed and threatened the President and his family go unpunished, even though those statements arguably come much closer to sedition.
‘HE [CAYETANO] IS THE CRISIS’
READ: Senator Ping Lacson says the Supreme Court petition challenging the June 3 session that ousted Senator Alan Peter Cayetano may be part of the former Senate President’s “dirty tricks.”
“Is he trying to dig deeper in his bag of dirty tricks to create a scene tomorrow by invoking that pending action by the Supreme Court on his petition, he may still exercise his authority as Senate President,” Lacson said.
"That said, it is not accurate to say that Alan Peter Cayetano created this ongoing crisis. In actual fact, he is the crisis," he added. | @eimorpsantos
Nakakatawa:
Lahat ng kalaban mabibigyan.
Lahat ng kakampi ay magiging "safe".
You know who didn't sign the Senate resolution condemning China? Senators Alan Peter Cayetano, Rodante Marcoleta, Joel Villanueva, Francis Escudero, Imee Marcos, Ronald dela Rosa, Robin Padilla, Bong Go and Pia Cayetano.
These people claim to be "patriots" who support an independent foreign policy but when push comes to shove and the security forces needs their support, our government institutions need their backing and a foreign aggressor - they are nowhere to be found. Shameful! They speak of institutions that they refuse to defend. How can you trust these people?
