@LiquidTitan @JulianCastro You should do your research: he drove less than a mile to get to a well lit area. He was driving at a low rte of speed (not evading). So you're talking 2 minutes tops to get to a spot that even the cops admit is a fine thing to do.

Not a felony stop - no actual crime even committed it turns out. Drivers can move to a well lit area when asked to pull over.

Backup was not called ... one cop saw the other and followed him the less than 1 mile to the lit gas station where Navario went at a low rate of speed.

Even if you wanted to cooperate, adrenaline and fear can make it tough to do just about anything. But you're clearly not affected by any of that ... Nope is right!
