Where the Storm Softens - Satan
"Leave," Satan said, arms crossed. "This isn't a game."
You looked at the trembling shelves, then back at him. "Relax. If it were a game, you'd already be losing."
His glare sharpened. "Excuse me?"
"You're upset," you continued calmly. "You think pushing people away keeps them safe. It doesn't. It just makes you lonely."
Silence.
"You hate that I'm right," you added, stepping closer, "but you also hate that I'm still here."
His magic flared, then collapsed under its own hesitation.
"...You're not afraid of me," he said.
"No," you replied. "Because if you were really a monster, you wouldn't be trying so hard not to be one."
Satan exhaled, shoulders dropping, every defense dismantled with brutal precision.
"You always do this," he murmured. "You argue like you're certain you’ll win."
You smiled. "I do."
He laughed quietly, shaking his head. "I can't even be angry anymore."
You reached out, fingers brushing his hair. This time, he didn't hesitate. He closed the distance himself.
"...Stay," he said, not as a command, but a request.
You squeezed his hand. "That's my line."
The storm didn't disappear.
It chose you.
I like women who type “hehehe” instead of “hahaha” they are faintly sinister dolls, juvenile not in innocence but in mischief, little Lady Macbeths living inside your phone.
its very difficult being a girl who is a pervert who is also deeply enamoured by human connection yet is also somehow apprehensive towards physical intimacy
Can we stop with all this bs propaganda pretending like there wasn't a world of kids making flash animations, game mods, indies, writing short stories & fan fics, making home movies, sketching in their notepad in the classroom. AI has never been needed for creativity.
i made the mistake of going on social media while drawing caleb and it was like the community pizza and fire meme for me the whole time trying to finish this
