8 year old crying at school. Court had granted possession order & family to be evicted 1st Nov. School contacted us, we saw family same day, discovered error in proceedings & sent letter before action. Warrant cancelled, possession claim discontinued. Family stay in their home.

This is an ambitious pledge when courts are closing, sitting hours are being kept artificially low, the police and CPS have had funding and staff slashed to the bone and the Chancellor has just confirmed a further £300m cut to the justice system.
