Today is day one of my 1 Million Step Challenge, raising money for @RLCares and @DJDefibFund . I wanted to get healthier, and inspired by @captaintommoore and many others, raise funds for good causes. Any donations, likes and shares would be appreciated! https://t.co/jCOx2I2VYr

Terrible service from @currys . Spending quite a bit of money with them, and they just make it impossible to change the order!!

Amazing new PB @jessmayho in winning the Loughborough International !!! #StrengthtoStrength #hammertime #womenshammer

[England Athletics @EnglandAthletic]

Correction to earlier tweet. In fact, not only did Jessica Mayho (England) win the hammer, but she added three centimetres to her PB with an improvement to 67.10m in the last round.

#LoughboroughInternational

@John_W_Henry Leave our club. You’re a disgrace and if you have respect for those who died or any other Liverpool fan, you’ll sell and buy another rounders club.

@Lord_Sugar @piersmorgan @GMB Big fan of @Lord_Sugar , always liked and respected him for what he has achieved but....
Why? No need to use someone’s death to score points for your petty battle with @piersmorgan . For once realise you made a mistake and admit it.

[Dipesh Mistry @MistryDpesh]

Once all this happened in March I knew that 2020 would all end in Tiers....

[Dipesh Mistry @MistryDpesh]

@cwinn90 Totally agree mate, left flat after that third season. Probably could have made it a 10/11 episode series from the start.

[Dipesh Mistry @MistryDpesh]

@TomJohnstone01 @MaxJow Well played @TomJohnstone01 @MaxJow , Bon Bons have a different effect on me....😂😂

Todays podcast guest is Two Time British Senior Womens Hammer Throw Champion @jessmayho listen in the link in my bio. We had such a laugh talking about music, life and a Just Eat delivery mid way through recording 🤣

[Dipesh Mistry @MistryDpesh]

@AmazonUK the last 3 deliveries you’ve made have just been left on the front door. Your driver’s are saying they’ve handed it to me.
No one is following the delivery instructions!!! I was away for one of the deliveries and it was left for 48 hours!!!!!

[Dipesh Mistry @MistryDpesh]

@RichardMathers Wow, I remember those Saturday nights!!

[Dipesh Mistry @MistryDpesh]

I did it!!!
On Day 1 when I came back from my first walk struggling to catch my breath and looking like I’d been swimming the Channel, I never thought the day would come!
With 5 days still to go, still looking to hit the £2,500 mark, all donations make such a difference!

[Dipesh Mistry @MistryDpesh]

@TomJohnstone01 Good to see you back @TomJohnstone01 👍🏽

[Dipesh Mistry @MistryDpesh]

@LeedsClaret I thought you were talking about Jota!! Harry Wilson is a good fit for you, similar he’s 23 great free kick and crossing for your big lumps up top!!

[Dipesh Mistry @MistryDpesh]

@LeedsClaret 😂😂😂

[Dipesh Mistry @MistryDpesh]

@LeedsClaret Good business all round. He’s 23 and can improve, plays across the front 3. Seen him play 3/4 times and has quality. Wolves have plenty of back up- Neto and Podence, so good for them as well.
