@amazonIN I had placed order # 402-2482865-6203567 on 25 Aug . On 29th Aug 10:39 PM, order was marked as devliered but was not delivered. When I went to app, it asked me to wait. On 10th Sept, I called customer service. they refused to give the items and refund. #Cheating

@AmazonHelp Return policy comes into picture when somebody has received the order. How come return policy apply on undelivered items? You are just taking your chances to make money by not delivering and then by not returning the money using some vague policy. @amazonIN This is fraud

@AmazonHelp If Amazon delays the delivery, you can't complain but you are delayed by 2 days in notifying that you have not received the order, you don't get the refund and the order. This is fraud. #Cheating @amazonIN
