@CroftyF1 I'm actually thinking of giving up on F1. Certainly while the engine regs, pathetic circuits, and over excited, puerile commentary are still there.

The BoE should not have announced QT just beforehand, which is what really spooked the markets.
@FyriqXoxoxo@Telegraph Agree, I'm not saying that they were at fault for the theft. However, they didn't read the terms and no doubt went for the cheapest without asking why. Whose fault is that?
@lancelachlan@DanielJHannan If business is encouraged, they raise the GDP of the country, bring in more tax revenue without having to raise rates.
They provide more jobs too, helping to bring down the benefits bill.
@lincslincs@KemiBadenoch Much of the debt came from Labour's 2008 banking crisis.
The first government was a coalition, so not able to do everything they wanted.
There was also COVID to deal with.
In between times they did try to control spending, against the howls of protestation from Labour.
@autosport Those of us who have watched for more than 5 mins can see the current rules are a travesty.
Imagine a football game where some could run and others could only walk, all at different times, and then saying "look, there are lots of goals, be excited". It wouldn't work.
