So the woman has to go to the judge and argue for why she wants the eviction and prove that it's a legitimate reason, so we're going to have to legally define legitimate reasons.

@sleepy_devo Remember that eviction first requires the posting of notice to evict and a 15-day grace period, then she can go to the doctor and officially file for the eviction and then has to wait 30 days before going to court, and then 30 days after a ruling in her favor to okay it.
