Pay the handsome salary so they don't use your internet to find another company but they won't because they are only focused with their P&L, Bankers and investors.

These people are really smart and give lucrative insurance schemes but to run an errand they need money!

Entry level Salary offered by IT firms in 2003-04: around 2.5-3Lakhs.

Entry level Salary in 2022: around 3-3.5Lakhs.

Inflation every year around 5-6%.

So a salary of 2.5Lakhs should have been around 6.5-7 Lakhs now.

Pay people better, they won't moonlight or leave.

They don't even let you grab the opportunity by putting 3 month's of Notice period.
