@AirFranceKLM @airfrance AF215 was cancelled and was rebooked 17 hours later. Despite already paying for Premium class, when requested paid upgrade consideration (not free) due to exhaustion and stress, was quoted full prices only no flexibility or goodwill. Highly Disappointed

@_TravelHelp1 @airfrance Flight AF215 cancellation led to a 17-hour delay and extreme fatigue. I had already paid for Premium Economy, yet when requesting paid upgrade consideration, only full prices were offered. Some goodwill would have gone a long way.

@united Got a voucher for flight, but looks like you don't have any flights in next 6 months if I try to use the voucher and voucher expiry is in 5 months.
Now tell me is this a SCAM ? Or a glitch that a voucher given to customer but no flights to redeem #unitedAIRLINES

@united - What's wrong with your booking system ? I was trying to book a flight, during payment got an error, I re tried and again got an error. After few minutes, I can see 2 booking email from united. Please fix this..!! I am not able to cancel the 2nd booking @united

@mazdacanada @OMVIC_Official I signed lease contract and not able to go ahead with it. Talked to dealer and gave him multiple options but now being threatened of legal implications and liquidity damages even though I was ready to forfeit deposit. This is bad customer experience

@etihad your Stopover Program feels like a bait-and-switch! I booked a 2-day stay in Abu Dhabi, and with less than 24 hours to flight, no hotel confirmation, no email, no courtesy update. Now hotels are 2x cost last minute. Who compensates for this failure? @gcaauae
