...more than 2 weeks now no response has been made by their side and hence the customer being me I have paid 602 rupees for a 301 rupee ride!! I hope by this I get my side heard by Ola!!

Ola is charging twice from their customers!!
I have recently travelled from Ola and paid in advance from UPI options available over the app!!
Later when the ride ended cab driver said payment is in cash!!
As the driver is not at all liable for the app processing I had to pay..
