As per instructions over email, I have also sent applications to Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Postal Appraising Department, Kolkata, along with a copy to the Superintendent, Foreign Post, Kolkata, through speed post EO835192387IN and EO835192373IN respectively.

Delivery service has gone from bad to worse in Bhubaneswar now. Mostly they are delivering 1-2 hours after the delivery window has closed. And if by chance you miss a single call from their end, they would cancel your order within few mins.

@IndiaPostOffice lnbound parcel with tracking ID- EH024650368NL should be delivered to Bhubaneswar, PIN: 751003. But it is sent from Delhi to Jaipur PH instead of Kolkata or Bhubaneswar, as per the destination address. Please help in getting this routed to destination PIN:751003.

@myntra @MyntraSupport On 7th july, instead of 5 items that I ordered (Order ID # 1239828 23028200250703), 1 was delivered in the package, that too was a wrong product. Delivery person was present when I opened the packet and he said this could be an invoice interchange issue.

@kolkata_customs @IndiaPostOffice It’s been stuck due to incorrect custom charges since 20 days. Finally after confirmation from Customs it was redirected to PAD - Foreign Post Office, Kolkata for reassessement. Kindly help in delivering this to PAD, Kolkata at the earliest.

@kolkata_customs @cbic_india Request for reevaluation of custom charges on EH023943365NL was raised by me on 24th May 2023, by email to customs department. The parcel contains only BOOKS, however custom duty of 42.08% has been charged by marking the contents as COSMETICS.
