iPhone in the morning: I couldn't do it, bro. Just didn't feel right. The vibe was off.
Josh Hart on the Cavs:
“Analytically speaking, we weren’t there for game 5. So technically, they’re up 3-2. Analytically speaking.”

The membership of the National Basketball Coaches Association joins the NBA family in mourning the passing of legendary Head Coach and Hall of Famer, Rick Adelman.
Rick Adelman coached in the NBA for 29 years, serving as a Head Coach for 23 seasons with the Portland Trail Blazers, Golden State Warriors, Sacramento Kings, Houston Rockets and Minnesota Timberwolves. Over his coaching career, Rick won 1,042 games (10th all-time), was inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame in 2021 and received the NBCA Chuck Daly Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023. Coach Adelman also enjoyed an eight-year NBA playing career with the San Diego Rockets, Portland Trail Blazers, Chicago Bulls, New Orleans Jazz, and Kansas City-Omaha Kings.
Adelman will be remembered not only as a coach and a player, but also as a mentor to so many in the basketball community. Rick was a husband to Mary Kay for 56 years; father to Kathy, RJ, Laura, David, Caitlin, and Patrick; and a grandfather of twelve. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Adelman family during this difficult time.
June 2026:
De’Aaron Fox, Harrison Barnes, and the San Antonio Spurs defeat the OKC Thunder to advance to the NBA Finals.
They will face Mike Brown and the New York Knicks.
Tyrese Haliburton attends in a split team jersey.
The Kings sign Jordan Poole and Joe Ingles.
Congrats to the coach of the Beam Team (Mike Brown), the best player on the Beam Team (De’Aaron Fox), and the steady hand of the Beam Team (Harrison Barnes) for making the NBA Finals.
This Spurs-Knicks Finals matchup wouldn't have been possible without the Sacramento Kings.
Our franchise is the main character of the NBA and always will be 💯💯💯
De’Aaron Fox winning a championship one year removed from the Kings would be the ultimate middle finger to Vivek Ranadive and I’m absolutely here for it
It sucks to hear, but:
De’Aaron Fox just pulled off one of the greatest moves in sports history.
Jumped ship from a team that won 22 this year and may have the bleakest future currently, to a team 4 wins away from a title, and the brightest future.
Oh and he got a max deal.
