The way I see it with the #Ravens backing out of trading for #Raiders EDGE Maxx Crosby from a #Bucs perspective, this will:

- Drastically bring his price and market down with free agency underway.
- Move Jason Licht to the top of John Spytek’s list of willing and able trade partners. I mean, the two trust each other.
- Make Crosby’s contract even more of a bargain compared to Jaelan Phillips/Odafe Oweh — if he returns to 100%.
- Pique the Glazers interest. They have surely seen the fan reception to Mike Evans leaving. Trading for “Mad Maxx” would repair things a little.
- Give Licht another chance. He has been called out for not yet swinging a blockbuster trade. Even with the risks, the reward is well worth it.
- Be unprecedented. When is the next time an elite pass rusher could be had for potentially 50-75 cents on the dollar? In this economy?

A lot of variables to consider here.
