@O2 I’ve not rang you 7times about this, this week and probably spent 4hours on the phone to you and got no where, had 3 of your colleagues say they will put me on hold whilst they look into it and cut me off!
@O2 worst customer service going! Spent a week now trying to upgrade my phone for it to be cancelled when it was on delivery because you can’t spell my name correct! Still can’t order it because you’ve blocked me from getting on the website to accept the details!
