This is NOT development.NOT preparation. This is CRUELTY.
the 2030 World Cup are deeply disturbing. No global event can ever justify violence against innocent lives.

A newborn abandoned outside a railway workers’ colony in Nadia, West Bengal, survived a cold night after a group of stray dogs formed a protective ring around the baby until residents discovered the child at dawn. Locals said the dogs stayed alert but calm through the night, not letting anyone approach. The infant, only a few hours old, was taken to hospital and is stable. Police and Child Help authorities are now investigating the abandonment.
