@Toyota_India Day 13: Fed up by Toyota Service Network. My Complaint is registered with Ref No-TCM0720127283. No action from @Toyota_India. It is a simple issue where Uttam Toyota has mishandled the front Chrome Grille of Vehicle. It is lose from one end and has rust marks on it.

@Toyota_India Gap between light and chrome as shown to Dealership’s engineer who came for visit. Looks as if the dealership at the time of second service have mishandled it.

@Toyota_India Today a person visited from the dealership’s side and I showed him all the rusting issue in chrome. I also showed him how the chrome is not well fit from one side. I feel Uttam Toyota has hampered the chrome grille in front or perhaps changed it with someone else’s grille.

@Toyota_India Still no Reply? The issue is long pending. I recently got a call from dealership, they are asking me to bring the car to the service station. But service station is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Can you please ask concerned dealership to send their service engineer at our place.
