Over the last few weeks, you might have heard his name. That is because he was recently appointed Commissioner of State’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Since taking charge, the FDA has been on an absolute warpath, raiding illegal, fake, synthetic, and adulterated products. From synthetic milk networks and adulterated paneer to illegal gutkha and unhygienic eateries, nothing has escaped his radar.

Mundhe has made it clear that even the most famous names will not get a free pass. His department shocked Mumbai by suspending the food licenses of iconic establishments, such as the 73-year-old Marine Drive ice cream parlor K. Rustom & Co., alongside famous eateries like Shalimar Hospitality, Noor Mohammadi Hotel, and Rahmaniya Restaurant, after surprise inspections uncovered severe hygiene violations, including live pests and expired ingredients.

Such is the fear of his crackdowns that, just two days ago, dairy farmers were caught on video spilling hundreds of liters of synthetic milk after rumors of an impending FDA raid spread.

This is his 25th transfer in a 21-year career, a testament to his refusal to bend to political pressure. It makes you wonder: if just one IAS officer can bring about so much change, where would our country be if every bureaucrat were as uncompromising and proactive as him?

Whenever you design any such project you will consider past extremes and arrive at a certain WCS to incorporate your factors of safety

In such extreme conditions even the WCS planning proves inadequate

Hardeep Puri said that ethanol is used in racing cars as well to defend his stand on E20. This is the Petroleum Minister's understanding of the issue. What can one even say to that!

First, race cars are specifically engineered to run on ethanol; therefore, it does not harm them. This is not the same as forcing E20 into regular cars that are not engineered to handle it. In non-compliant vehicles, ethanol will aggressively degrade standard rubber gaskets, plastic parts, and aluminum components over time.

Second, a racing engine is built to survive for only a few hundred miles before being stripped down and rebuilt by professional mechanics, who easily manage any fuel-induced wear. An average citizen, however, needs their car to last for over a decade. Running non-compliant engines on E20 will certainly not help achieve that.

Third, race teams use ethanol solely for a performance boost due to its high octane rating, not for fuel economy. For regular people, however, fuel economy matters immensely.

NIA को सबूत मिले है कि अमेरिकी CIA एजेंट मैथ्यू वैनडायिक AK-47 रायफलों से लैस अज्ञात आतंकवादियों के संपर्क में था...NIA की पूछताछ में मैथ्यू वैनडाइक ने अपने CIA एजेंट न होना बताते हुए कहा कि उसने सीआईए में भर्ती होने के लिए हिस्सा लिया था मगर लाई डिटेक्टर टेस्ट में घबराहट के कारण उसे बाहर कर दिया गया था...मगर सब जानते है कि ये अमेरिकी सरकार एसेट्स ही है और वो झूठ बोल रहा है क्योंकि जहां अमेरिकी सरकार सीधे कदम नहीं रखती है वहां पर वह सीआईए एजेंट के एसेट्स के रूप में ही षडयंत्र रचती है...

भारतीय सरकार ने जब मैथ्यू के विषय में अमेरिकी सरकार से पूछा तो अमेरिकी दूतावास के प्रवक्ता ने कहा कि "हम स्थिति से अवगत हैं मगर गोपनीयता कारणों से हम अमेरिकी नागरिकों से जुड़े मामलों पर टिप्पणी नहीं कर सकते"...यह स्पष्ट नहीं है कि ये विदेशी नागरिक मिजोरम में किस उद्देश्य से गए थे ???

अमेरिकी दूतावास के बयान के बाद जब मैथ्यू से पुनः पूछताछ हुई फिर कुछ ऐसा हासिल हुआ जिसने सरकार को चौंका दिया और शायद तभी सभी फोर्सेस की छुट्टियां रद्द कर दी गई...

यह तो स्पष्ट था कि अमेरिका भारत को शुरू से ऐसी ही किसी जंग में उलझा कर कमजोर करना चाहता था...

भविष्य के गर्भ में क्या छुपा है ये तो कोई नहीं जानता मगर ये तय है कि ये वक्त सरकार के साथ मजबूती से खड़े रहने का है... मधु किश्वर के ऐसे बयान अभी आने कोई छोटी मोटी घटना नहीं है...

खैर बाकियों का तो पता नहीं मगर मुझे अपने राष्ट्र के प्रधानसेवक आदरणीय श्री Narendra Modi जी पर पूरा भरोसा है...लंगड़ाते हुए अपने एजेंट को देखकर अमेरिका की जो सुलगी होगी , उसकी कल्पना करके मुझे तो अत्यंत आनंद की अनुभति मिल रही है...और आपको ???

An old couple approached the Allahabad HC seeking maintenance from their daughter-in-law, stating that they were aged, illiterate, and financially dependent on their son during his lifetime.

After their son died in 2021, they were left without any means of sustenance. It was argued that all service-related and retiral benefits went to the wife, who is also a constable in the UP Police, and therefore should maintain them.

The court rejected their plea as per the law. A daughter-in-law is not required to maintain her deceased husband’s parents, even if she receives all the benefits and pension.

On the other hand, if a husband dies, the wife can claim maintenance from her in-laws. Even if she remarries, she can still claim her share in the ancestral property from the father-in-law.
