Tonight's the last night I'll be able to see the summer fireworks... I'm going to miss them, mew... I think they're going to pull out all the stops for this one, so I'd make sure to not miss it!

I had a lot of fun with the Bug-Off yesterday! I saw you running around. You caught so many of them! I'd be lying if I said I wasn't at least a little jealous... I didn't catch too many... Maybe you could teach me how to do it properly someday. I'd be really thankful, mew!

There are only two things you need for a successful Bug-Off. A solid net and a wide-brimmed hat. But having a passion for catching bugs doesn't hurt, mew.

One more sleep until the Bug-Off! I had to patch a few holes in my net, but I'm glad I found them in time to get them fixed ahead of the event. I'm still hoping to get in some more practice at sneaking up on bugs.
