Started taking the train to the convention center rather than car or ride share, honestly so much more convenient and cheaper. LA metro's like $1.50 vs the $35 uber was charging. Absolutely recommend it

7hrs in line at the LA location with my wife. Scorching heat then freezing rain while talking with other OP fans. I heared bad things about other collab locations, but the LA #popeyes killed it because the manager went above and beyond to get more stock mid-day. Great day!

@ArchCools I genuinely didn't think we'd get them. I've only seen lines like this at mega conventions like AX. For a tiny Popeyes in a bumfuck part of LA I'm shocked they got as much stock out as they did. Probably close to or over 1k ppl were there

@curlychulo I really doubt it. They hit the restock when were basically at the front door already and the delivery seemed large but not large enough for even half of the line that was still outside. Easily 400-500 ppl were still in line by the time we left

Man the old guard of pirates and marines were so much cooler than the worst generation, most of which don't even act like pirates, and Coby is so bleh compared to Garp, dudes only feat is punching a rock. Dragon has no feats but he had the balls to rebel against the navy at least

Also really am starting to not like Oda's weird dedication to the old shonen standard of "asexual male protagonists." They're pirates, letting them love women just makes them cooler. And I don't mean Sanji's annoying lust gag, I mean truly loving someone. So bleh.
