Iβm writing to file a complaint about a recent flight from Lahore to Heathrow via Doha. My elderly and disabled grandparents had pre-booked seats 23A and 23Bfor both flights, but were reassigned to 44F and 45G without any explanation or assistance.
This caused them significant discomfort and distress. As elderly passengers with mobility issues, this treatment was unacceptable.
We request an explanation, a formal apology, and appropriate compensation. If this is not resolved, we will escalate the matter to AviationADR
