What Mr. Surprise is doing here is blatantly illegal and those involved in the raffle deserve to be compensated. At the bare minimum, a public apology

All their rules that were clearly stated were all of a sudden either completely different, wrong, or broken. When did the random draw change to being based off of creativty? This rule wasn't posted publicly at all and we were only informed of this after we questioned the online–

I'm glad that the organizers are aware of what needs to be changed for future lottery systems but I still feel as if they aren't admitting their mistakes outright about the unexplained changed and broken rules. In general, I hope the organizers learn from this issue and consider–

–registration process so there's no way that the same person should be able to go twice by accident.

–content in general. But it doesn't seem fair to everyone that someone got to go twice when most people won't ever get the opportunity at all. It also seems unlikely to be a mistake or error by the organizers because staff took all the winners' offical IDs to complete a–
