As most of you know, I struggled with my mental health following my apraxia diagnosis. I kept it to myself for a long time but opening up to friends and family really helped. @MBVansUK research found that van drivers are spending an average of 25 hours alone each week, leading to nine in 10 experiencing loneliness.
