So here’s my New Year’s resolution for 2026,

AMP UP THE TRUTH.

Over the course of this month you’re going to see an expansion of all the hard work that went into the Truth Matters Project in 2025, including a parallel project called ‘The Battle for Britain’, I’m opening up a second front to fight the cancer the U.S. is exporting to the UK and Britain.

2026 marks a push that will I hope make a difference in what I believe will be the most consequential year in geopolitics in modern history. It makes me feel tired just to think about what’s ahead, but I’m all in.

It’s time for those being extorted by Trump to fight back with a smarter more sustainable response. Listen to Scott Galloway here, he’s so right. It’s time for America to understand the words of Joni Mitchell, “You don’t know what you’ve got ‘till it’s gone’

What I would point out to Republicans is this. Trump is a dead man walking. All this bullshit about ‘We support Trump’ is frankly a joke, you can’t support a corpse and that’s where this is going. Once Trump’s in his golden casket, his cult followers will drain away back to the sewer from whence they came and where does that leave the Republican Party?

His entire cabinet will need to flee the country and Steve Bannon will be an international fugitive. The International Criminal Court will need to employ more staff and MAGA will become MAGA who?

You can’t sustain a regime on 34% of those eligible to vote. So to Republicans I say TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK, accountability is incoming. And no military can protect you from a coalition of partners you have chosen to extort and abuse.

As for Trump, shrouds have no pockets.

@jkbjournalist @amberwoods100 I am a little ashamed to write this but while I believed the victims, I was detached. They were abstract not really living, breathing people. They were the faceless people we read about in the news daily. Then after seeing Julie on CNN about a month ago, as tired as I was of the Epstein stories, I thought, I need to understand this better and get past the sensational headlines. So I ordered Julie’s book, “Perversion of Justice”. Published in 2021, so well before the current interest vis a vis Trump. First, Julie’s reportorial style makes clear, without emotion or bias, there was Perversion of Justice at the highest levels during the Epstein Florida case at the very highest levels—but who and why?! More importantly, the victims who spoke with Julie brought to life the horrors of their experiences. They are no longer faceless to me and they are sharing their stories at great risk. They are telling the truth, they are to believed. Listen to their stories. Don’t dismiss them. The business in which Maxwell and Epstein entrapped them was evil to the core. Sorry for the long post, but 1) I want Julie to know how much I appreciate her work and her compassion in opening my eyes; and 2) I hope others might read this and truly listen to and believe each of the victims Wednesday. Your view of the world and the people in this horrible saga will never be the same. DM
