This is the window of opportunity for the YOUTH to push for the repeal of the CONSTITUTION and curb the bloated government and waste by going back to

-8 Counties
-8 Governors
-47 Constituencies
-47 Members of Parliament
-16 Senators (2 from each County)
-Increase the MCAs by 10X
-Strip budgets from MPs and Senators and instead fund the MCAs in the grassroot levels
-Eliminate all other posts including those of Women Reps/disabled reps/nominated Senators/mps/MCAs

DECENTRALIZE Elections to the Counties so that voters in each county are choosing their own leaders who serve their county interests

Spread out Election Cycles:

(1) 20-year term limits for president with measures already in the 2010 constitution to recall the president after 24 months in office through an article of impeachment if not satisfied with their service

(2) 10-year term for Governors with same checks and balances provided in the current constitution to recall them in an article of impeachment

(3) 8-year term limits for Senators/MPs

(4) 4-year term limits for MCAs
