I visited the Peacekeeping Operations Training Center in Kampong Speu Province on February 26 to tour their training centers and discuss potential opportunities for cooperation. I wrapped up the visit with a solemn tour at Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum to reflect on Cambodia’s post-conflict development. Strengthening defense partnerships is a key component to ensuring security and prosperity in the Indo-Pacific and at home in the United States.

Quick trip to PNG 🇵🇬 to be present for the promotion of my friend Mark Goina to the rank of MAJGEN, as he prepares to assume the appointment as CDF PNGDF. Heartfelt congrats to Mark and Maira and all the kids in what is always a family journey. Grateful to share the moment.
