@annbauerwriter @plattMSP Organic Farmer here. I found an old 2012 invoice book yesterday. Was selling salad to stores for $5.50 a lb and restaurants $6 a lb. I just this year raised my price to $6.75 a lb. Some produce items hadn’t increased at all. Or why farmers never take vacations.

@Supersonic_Red True story - not so many years ago I was tired and distracted at the gas station and told the attendant I wanted "unleaded regular". And I found an old typewriter, put a piece of paper in to show my kids, and just typed out my maiden name. Muscle memory.
