@NosiphoHlongw18 Teachers could pose questions that will be discussed during online classes before the class. In this way, students know prior to the lesson what will be discussed and they may prepare for the class before the class starts and be involved during lesson time.
The best piece of advice I have for ALL educators is to learn how to say first/last names correctly of your students!
Need help? Have students use @Flipgrid to record correct pronunciations.
Names matter.

What advice or tips would you give to a newly qualified educator that just got employed? Especially now that most teaching and learning is done online.
The first 5 days of the 10 day Twitter challenge has been so much fun and interesting to participate in. I now know my way around Twitter and I'm absolutely enjoying reading the informative information that my fellow colleagues are sharing. #TDS2021@unqobi@Sipho_Ed
@WestsidehsTeach I'm highly impressed by the leadership and confidence of the student. This shows that the student is all clear about the content you're teaching which means you're doing an excellent job as a teacher. Well done๐
Today my internet went out while I was teaching and when I returned a student was sharing his screen and continued on with the lesson. These are the moments that make me feel hopeful about my future in education โฅ๏ธ. #teachertwitter
