The Vice-President appreciated the contribution of the Chartered Accountancy profession to India’s economic growth and lauded ICAI for maintaining rigorous examination standards.

बिजली के प्री-पेड मीटर की व्यवस्था समाप्त करने का औपचारिक आदेश…

कुछ दिन पूर्व हमने निर्णय लिया था कि सभी स्मार्ट प्री-पेड मीटर अब पोस्ट पेड मीटर की तरह ही काम करेंगे। यह उसी का आदेश है।

सभी विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं को आगे और भी आश्वस्त करता हूँ कि विद्युत बिल के संबंध में आई शिकायतों के समाधान हेतु जगह जगह शीघ्र ही आपके क्षेत्र में कैम्प लगाये जाएँगे।

स्मार्ट /प्रीपेड मीटर पर गरीब एवं मध्यमवर्गीय उपभोक्तों को बड़ी राहत…

गरीब एवं मध्यम वर्ग के विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं को स्मार्ट /प्रीपेड मीटर से एक दिक्कत यह आ रही है कि वो रोज़-रोज़ की अपनी कमाई में से प्रीपेड मीटर के रिचार्ज के लिए पैसे नहीं जुटा पा रहे। साथ ही उन्हें अपनी रोजी-रोटी की व्यस्तता के कारण हमेशा बैलेंस चेक करने का समय या आदत नहीं है।

उपरोक्त समस्या के दृष्टिगत हमने उन्हें बड़ी राहत देने का महत्वूर्ण निर्णय लिया है।

जिसके अनुसार अब:

1. सबसे कम भार वाले (1 किलोवाट) घरेलू उपभोक्ता अब 30 दिन पर अपना प्रीपेड मीटर रिचार्ज कर सकते हैं। इस दरम्यान स्मार्ट /प्रीपेड मीटर पर उनकी बिजली नहीं कटेगी।
2. अर्थात् 1 किलोवाट तक के घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं का प्री-पेड मीटर अब सामान्य/पोस्ट-पेड मीटर की तरह ही कार्य करेगा। जैसे आप पहले मासिक बिल भरते थे वैसे ही 30 दिन पर या उससे पहले अपना प्रीपेड मीटर रिचार्ज कराते रहें।
3. वहीं 2 किलोवाट भार तक के घरेलू उपभोक्ता को पूर्व की व्यवस्थानुसार उनका बैलेंस शून्य होने पर भी अगले 3 दिन अथवा रुपये 200 तक के निगेटिव बैलेंस होने तक बिजली नही काटी जाएगी।
4. यह भी पुनः निर्देशित किया है कि किसी भी स्थिति में रविवार या त्योहार/सार्वजनिक अवकाश के दिन बिजलीl नही काटी जाएगी।
5. साथ ही यह भी कहा है कि स्मार्ट मीटर में बैलेंस कम होने पर पाँच बार एसएमएस के माध्यम से उपभोक्ताओं को सतर्क किया जाय।
6. निरंतर सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है कि बिल का भुगतान /रिचार्ज करने के बाद तत्काल विद्युत आपूर्ति बहाल हो। इसके लिए 24x7 टीम लगाकर रात-दिन की तकनीकी और प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था की गई है।
7. हाल पुराने मीटरों को स्मार्ट-प्रीपेड मीटर से बदलने का कार्य स्थगित किया गया है।फिर भी हाल के स्मार्ट मीटर से जुड़ी शिकायतों का समाधान हमारी प्राथमिकता है।

गर्मी के दिनों में लोगों को विद्युत संबंधी कोई तकलीफ़ न पड़े इसके लिए ऊर्जा परिवार रात-दिन कार्यरत है।
