Things should adopt to reduce carbon footprint:

~ Adopt a more plant-rich diet - Eat more vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds while reducing meat and dairy (especially red meat). Even swapping meal a day helps, as animal agriculture is a significant source of greenhouse gasses.

~ Minimize food waste and single-use items - Plan meals, store leftovers properly, compost scraps, and avoid unnecessary packaging. Buy only what you need and reuse items. This reduces the resources wasted in production and methane from landfills.

Small consistent actions add up when scaled across many people.
