Governor George Natembeya: If you have all the functioning senses, you can hear what the Kenyans are saying. For the first time, Kenyans have given us their preferred candidate. What are we going to do in the boardroom?
#ChamayaSifuna
Senator Edwin Sifuna: In the coming days, as has been resolved by the principals of Linda Mwananchi, we shall be seeking to rebrand the Equitable party to the Linda Mwananchi Movement.

There is something Muthoni said today and for me @HEBabuOwino nailed it. We need to jealously mention and keep reminding people who our presidential candidate is and why Him!
Hapa Babu naye, he didn't mince his words. πͺπΎπͺπΎ
Sifunaβs Party Gets Green Light
Sifuna has opted not to take up offers by his Khalwale and Natembeya to use their respective parties as his political vehicle ahead of the 2027 presidential contest.

Fredah Onduso: The government has operated as though there is no Constitution, and the Lamu oil refinery is no different. What is going to be the cost? Dangoteβs fertilizer in Nigeria costs more than the imported one #CitizenDayBreak

RUTO'S ADVISERS, PLEASE DON'T HIDE THIS FROM HIM.
At Uhuru Park, during Rao's candle lighting ceremony presided over by Gladys Mapangale, something happened that deserves more attention than the speeches.
With ODM flags, colours and merchandise everywhere, the crowd began chanting:
βSIFUNA! SIFUNA! SIFUNA!β
Even with political heavyweights around, the name rising from the crowd was Edwin Sifuna.
That is the political intelligence.
Mr President, you can ignore a opinion poll.
You can dismiss an analyst.
You can attack a headline.
But when a politically mobilised crowd finds its own voice, you better listen.
This was not a random passerby crowd.
It was an ODM gathering, filled with people emotionally connected to Raila's legacy.
And yet the chant was not simply about the past.
It was pointing toward the future.
Sifuna is a reality.
Not a social-media fantasy.
Not a Nairobi joke.
Not a passing political slogan.
A new political generation is announcing itself.
And the ground remains WANTAM.
Ruto's advisers can keep giving him comfortable reports.
But sooner or later, reality will walk through the gates of State House.
Sifuna is a change whose time has come.
A productive and engaging dinner with Kenyans in Houston, Texas graciously hosted by Mr. Jimmy Njoroge at his home. My sincere thanks to Jimmy for his hospitality.
The concerns raised mirror those I have heard throughout my Ukatiba Caravan: land disputes and delays in property court cases, unemployment, limited opportunities for Kenya's talent, access to quality healthcare, clean water and electricity, burdensome business registration procedures, refunds owed to Konza City investors, and above all, the fight against corruption.
On cooperation with the opposition, the message was clear: implement the manifesto and bring new people into government to rid our governance system of rot.
Kenyans deserve a government that is accountable, efficient and built on integrity.
I am committed to setting up systems that work #UkatibaCaravan
