@DXdelivery Please help! My passport was supposedly delivered to my office address and signed for, but it hasn't been received here at all - totally AWOL. I need to use it for travel on Sunday! Can't get anyone on your phone-line - emailed but no reply... Disastrous service!

@British_Airways Got someone just in time via the general ticket line that was still open - they transferred me on. Turns out for my destination payment can’t be made online or on phone. Bit frustrating there was no mention of that anywhere when reserving!! But all resolved.

@British_airways Your site won't take payment to complete a 72hr hold (error msg twice over). Phone lines are shut or so busy I can't even get on hold. I have 30 mins to complete or lose. What do I do!?
