Thrilled to have partnered with @sjclib, @michianamemory and @MlleAnderson on this project. Tremendous job in making our historical treasures available to all. Also a testament to the work of @SBTribune photogs over the decades.

I am proud to say that the digitization project I have been working on for almost two years is now live with over 10,000 photos!
I appreciate all the individuals and organizations that helped make this project possible. Thank you!
@mikalaraethelib I prepare my Bob's Red Mill rolled oats according to the package directions but throw in a tiny bit of brown sugar and maple syrup in the last few mins and keep cooking a few extra mins. The sugars caramelize a little which really amplifies them, it's like dessert!
We have an update on yesterday’s post! We shared a couple of photos of South Bend Central auditorium seats that were donated to us with this carving on the arm. What a wonderful story! Thank you for sharing with us, Ben!

This week at work I've been doing research for a man in Poland whose direct ancestors immigrated to America, leaving children behind. This is the kind of research that energizes me: giving stories back to families!
I really want to write up the story of a local family I've been researching, but I also know there's a CW pension file that could really enhance it so I keep waiting. Sigh.
Among Europe’s palaces, only Vienna’s @schonbrunn rivals Versailles. Originally built in the 16th century as a hunting lodge, the residence grew over 300 years into the palace it is today. The highlight of the complex is the Imperial Apartments, where the Habsburg nobles lived.
