🚨Senator McCormick gaveled the Senate in for a pro forma session this week.

That’s not a harmless housekeeping ritual.

That gavel is what keeps the Senate from going into a recess long enough for President Trump to use his recess-appointment authority.

And look at the historical numbers:

• Reagan: 240
• George H.W. Bush: 77
• Clinton: 139
• George W. Bush: 171
• Obama: 32
• Trump: 🔥ZERO🔥

Community Noters and the Establishment Deep State will call it “procedure.”

Fine. It technically IS procedure … A procured used to deny Trump ZERO appointments.

Americans are allowed to ask WHY that procedure keeps being used in a way that prevents Trump from filling his administration when prior Senates didn’t?

Pennsylvanians didn’t send McCormick to Washington to gavel in an empty chamber and help preserve a roadblock to the President’s agenda.

They sent him there to HELP Trump deliver the America First agenda they voted for.

The Establishment calls it “procedure.”

Senator Banks took his turn gaveling in a pro forma keeping the Senate technically in session and preventing President Trump from making recess appointments.

Think about that.
