🙏It takes a village of hard work to create such an incredible transformation! 🏫 Check out the behind-the-scenes transformation of Winslow Centre for Hazel Trembath School, including snippets of day one at the school. 🚍

What's Negative Amortization?

It's when your Mortgage Interest each month is greater than the monthly payment

How the Hell does that happen you ask?

A Variable Rate contract with a payment that doesn't change if Prime Rate goes up

4 out of 6 Big Banks do that

@WOWA_Canada has the stats

What a great day @PorterStreetEl1 !An amazing Italian lunch was served for our staff.A huge high five to Porter Street community.And a special ‘thank you’ to parents that were able to help today.

The food was amazing, the atmosphere (lights/music) was outstanding.

Gratitude

What a pleasant surprise @PorterStreetEl1 —- Yesterday, @MayorStewart came to our school (on his bike) unexpectedly to personally deliver a letter of appreciation to the students of div. 4 for raising money for an animal shelter. It was super awesome amazing. @sd43bc.
