I’ll be the first to say you’re not alone!! We are all struggling in our own ways. We’re all in this together and when you need help.. ask 😊 if I don’t have the answer I will help find it for you! *virtual hugs to all*
I’ve had multiple parents in the recent weeks ask how they can support their child at home because they’re struggling with their mental health.
This is not unique. We need support for everyone. Students, educators, administrative staff, custodial staff... everyone.

Happy #WorldTeachersDay to all my educator friends ❤️ What a year we’re going through together!
We got this, I believe in you!
Shout out to our virtual teachers - WOW 🤩 you’re all doing such great work supporting your students!
Spoke to three educators over the course of today who broke down on the phone. They’re working full out. Long hours, complex pressures, difficult circumstances. If you know a teacher or ed worker, please reach out and check in with them. Share your ❤️ and support
💞 Self-Care 💞
