There is an art to directing a Gala Dinner. 🎤🌍
Privileged to direct the #AFRACGA2026 Gala Dinner in Gaborone alongside MCC Vice Chair Boniface Badubi—balancing protocol, pace, humour and warmth as the AFRAC family celebrated together.

From visibility to understanding. 🌍
I had the privilege of chairing the 22nd @AFRAC_Official Marketing & Communication Committee Meeting during the 17th AFRAC General Assembly & Meetings in Gaborone, Botswana.
It was encouraging to reflect on a productive year in which the MCC achieved 86% of its planned 2026 outputs, strengthening AFRAC's visibility, communication capacity and engagement across continental and global platforms.
But the more important conversation was about what comes next: strengthening our corporate identity and digital platforms, increasing member amplification, engaging major African trade platforms, and connecting accreditation more clearly with trade, industry and the people it ultimately serves.
I remain convinced that communication should not merely make accreditation visible; it should make accreditation understood.
Grateful to my fellow MCC members for their commitment and to SADCAS for hosting us.

Every important occasion has a story. The privilege of the MC is to help the room experience it. 🎤🌍
Honoured to serve as Master of Ceremonies for the inaugural AFRAC Development Programme Graduation Ceremony in Gaborone.
An international stage. A diverse audience. Protocol, people and purpose—and the privilege of helping it all come together seamlessly while keeping the graduates at the heart of the occasion.
Congratulations to AFRAC's pioneering cohort! 🎓

What becomes possible when Africa’s accreditation community comes together?
Ideas are exchanged. Relationships are strengthened. Experiences are shared. New possibilities for cooperation emerge.
Glad to be in Gaborone 🇧🇼 for #AFRACGA2026, serving as AFRAC Marketing Communication Committee Chair.
Behind institutions are people—and relationships make cooperation work.

Protocol is not about knowing which fork to use.
It is about people, relationships and respect.
Today's Diplomatic Etiquette & Protocol session in Gaborone reminded me that whether we are negotiating, hosting an event or representing our institutions internationally, the small details matter.
Technical competence may get us to the table. How we engage when we get there matters too.
#AFRACGA2026 #AFRAC #Accreditation
Communication should not merely make accreditation visible; it should make accreditation understood.
Glad to contribute, as AFRAC MCC Chairperson, to the 2027–2031 Strategic Planning Review in Gaborone.
The next five years must deepen stakeholder engagement and understanding of accreditation across Africa.

Not every hand behind a person’s growth will appear in the photograph of their success.
Some plant. Others water. God gives the growth.
My latest reflection on mentorship, quiet influence & helping others succeed without needing the spotlight.

A milestone for AIC Kitui Area CSB! 🛡️
On Saturday, we officially inaugurated the AIC Kenya CSB Flag for use in Kitui Area—a symbol of our unity and shared mission to bring boys to Christ and equip them for Christian service.
Bright and Keen for Christ!
AIC continues to create opportunities for believers to learn, grow and mature in their Christian walk.
On Sunday, 21 men graduated from CMF at AIC Ngong Road—11 from Church Doctrines and 10 from The Church.
The journey continues with Leader and Leadership.
Grateful for the privilege of serving as a CMF teacher.
“But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” — Joshua 24:15b
Young people are not just the future. They are an investment we must make today.
Kenya has about 22 million children under 18—41.3% of the population.
That is not a department. That is a generation.
They need more than education. They need mentorship, values, character, faith, leadership and opportunity.
The world is already discipling them.
Are we being intentional enough?
Invest in them. Mentor them. Give them responsibility. Prepare them to lead.
The return may take years—but the future will reveal whether we made the investment.
THE LORD WHO REWARDS | BWANA ANAYELIPA
“Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me…” — Revelation 22:12
The world is young. In Kenya alone, nearly 30M people are below 25. Behind every number is a life, a destiny, and potential.
That is why investing in young people matters.
To every CSB Captain, Cadette teacher, mentor, and parent: God sees your investment.
To our young people: you are not merely the Church of tomorrow. You are the Church today.
Keep teaching.
Keep mentoring.
Keep praying.
Keep serving.
The Lord who rewards sees, requires faithfulness and remains faithful.
One more life. One more disciple. One more for Jesus.

What can a boy learn from pitching a tent, reading a map or playing chess?
Direction.
Teamwork.
Problem-solving.
Patience.
Decision-making.
Responsibility.
At Boys Camp, the boys learnt by doing.
These were not just camp skills. They were life skills.

The cold had a lesson. The games had a lesson. The challenges had a lesson.
At Boys Camp, our boys experienced discipline, courage, endurance, patience, teamwork and sportsmanship.
Sometimes you don't teach character by talking about it.
You create experiences that allow it to grow.

“The Lord was with Joseph.” — Gen. 39:2
At Boys Camp, the boys were challenged to see Joseph beyond his success—to see his faith, integrity, courage, patience and obedience.
These are the qualities we want to see grow in our boys.
May they leave knowing:
“The Lord is with me.”

What kind of men are we preparing for tomorrow?
That question came alive at the first Nairobi Area Boys Camp, held at AIC Ngong Hills Academy, 9th–13th Aug 2026.
Under “Joseph Generation” (Gen. 39:2), boys learnt faith, discipline, courage, endurance and responsibility through Bible teaching, chess, sportsmanship, navigation, first aid, tent pitching and outdoor activities.
Grateful to Bishop Rev. Joshua Kimuyu, Rev. Elijah Musau, Rev. Dan Mutuku and everyone who poured into these boys.
The camp is over. The assignment continues: raising men who will carry the mantle in their families, church and society.

A rewarding Sunday spent benchmarking with the AIC Umoja Christian Men Fellowship alongside over 25 men from AIC Kitui Township.
Inspired by their intentional discipleship, humility and commitment to God's Word. Highlights included 80+ graduates, 11 teachers, 120+ students, online classes with AIC Namelok, and powerful testimonies of transformed families.
We also prayed for their new sanctuary under construction.
Thank you, AIC Umoja. Iron sharpens iron.

Today's boys become tomorrow's leaders.
Let's intentionally raise The Joseph Generation—boys built for purpose, integrity and leadership.

Africa Public Service Day 2026 reminds us that public service is ultimately about improving lives.
An African saying reminds us: “Water is life.” Yet more than 2 billion people globally still lack access to safely managed drinking water services.
As Africa advances towards #Agenda2063, strong institutions, innovation, and partnerships will be essential in achieving universal access to water and safe sanitation.

World Accreditation Day 2026 is in the books.
Beyond the conversations on quality, trust, and sustainability, I had the privilege of supporting the planning and execution of the main KENAS event, working with a great team and alongside the MC @IanMuiruri and the event team to ensure a seamless experience for our guests and stakeholders.
The event reminded me that successful programmes are built long before guests arrive—through planning, coordination, communication, and attention to detail. Grateful for the opportunity to contribute and to continue learning in the art of delivering impactful corporate events.
