@nielmorpheuss Some people need to know the distinction between a person being nice and a person flirting. Bitch I am a nice person and a good conversationalist. Don't take it for a 'SIGN'...
Ask a resident doctor what their commute is. Ask if they chose the town they live in. Ask how many friends’ weddings they have missed. Ask if they have a hobby. Ask if they have had to delay starting a family because of exams or training.
They sacrifice *relentlessly*.

Hi POCUS folks,
I'm Dr. Mahmoud Kullab, Palestinian GP doctor from Gaza, enthusiastic about POCUS learning and teaching.
For thise who don't know, here in Gaza we have a war from Israeli military.
As a doctor I have to do my duty and help the injured people as much as I can
@kirawontmiss Ok so you can infact hydrogenate water. It's been proven to have anti inflammatory properties. Many studies are coming up regarding it. But yeah what she said is complete bonkers 😕
@kirawontmiss As much as I love katara and water bending. This has to go to toph. Her whole personality is offense. Azula, maybe after therapy and meds.
@TalhaAw25774924 I have been applying for jobs after getting GMC registration relentlessly for the past 4 months. It's really getting difficult to get a job these days. 🥲
Just had to rant. With everything going to shit in Pakistan no wonder there is a mass exodus of young talent from every field. I hope I live to see the day when everyone is not thinking of fleeing this godforsaken country.
Officially applying for 2nd jobs nows. Because working nights (12 hours alternate) as an emergency doctor in the biggest trauma center of the biggest metropolitan of the country is not cutting it😔. How am I supposed to pay for my post graduate exams when I can barely breakeven??
I know alot of people have it worse. But working in the ER is scary. I am expected to see 100+patients per shift and run resuscitation protocols. It's literal life and death scenario everyday. The last thing we should be worried about is money when our job is so stressful already
