When dealing with these CHASE = crooks do not let up on them, they will play games, they will lie a lot, keep notes, take names of the folks you speak with & escalate the calls accordingly

@jpmorgan Stop stealing from consumer accounts, stop hiring liars, do the job you say you are going to do. CHECK ID when people attend the branch, perform due diligence to avoid assisting criminals who commit fraud.

@ChaseSupport Hello, return the funds stolen from my account. Please have your colleagues to refrain from advising that the resolution will be on x date when in reality it is still pending. Its amazing how Chase stands by as employees lie
