Key Quranic Sources (Surah An-Nur / 24)
• 24:4: Those who accuse chaste women of adultery and do not produce four witnesses are to be flogged with 80 lashes, and their testimony is never accepted again.
• 24:6–9: Special procedure of liʿān for a husband who accuses his own wife and has no other witnesses: he swears four oaths by Allah that he is truthful, plus a fifth invoking Allah’s curse on himself if lying. The wife can swear the reverse to avert punishment. This results in permanent separation.
• Related earlier verse (4:15) also mentions four witnesses in the context of unlawful sexual intercourse.

A Muslim man is very dangerous. Do you know why?

According to the Quran, a Muslim man can see his wife (who was a virgin before marrying him) engaging in sexual intercourse with another man with his own eyes, yet say or do nothing about it.

The Quran says that a man who witnesses such an act with his own eyes must bring three other men to testify with him that they saw the same. Not online, not on a video, and not on a screen. They must testify that they were present and watched with their own eyes the full explicit act of penetration, without a condom, any kind of barrier or separation, or the use of artificial objects such as dildos or straps.

Even then, the Muslim man must not take action by himself. He needs to testify together with the three other eyewitnesses before a judge, who decides based on that.

Do you all fully understand now the dangerous character and strength of a Muslim man?
