This week, members of the Biodiesel Coalition of Missouri gathered at the state Capitol to engage with lawmakers regarding the economic benefits of biodiesel and the critical role of tax credits and infrastructure initiatives that ensure stability and accessibility for suppliers.
The DOE has released a new GREET model for tax credits under 45Z, & the USDA has published an interim rule on climate-smart agriculture guidelines for biofuel feedstocks.

The guidance for the 45Z tax credit was released by the Department of Treasury today. The news is welcomed by Missouri's biodiesel producers and a step in the right direction for supporting domestic biodiesel producers and farmers.
