I remember #LisaMontgomery, the only woman on Federal death row, executed on Jan 13, 2021. All her life she suffered from indescribable physical and sexual abuse. She was the victim of a system that failed her and eventually executed her.

A year ago today the life of Marcellus "Khaliifah" Williams was unjustly and tragically stolen, as he became the most recent innocent person executed by the state of Missouri.

Khaliifah was a devout Muslim, an Islamic faith leader, a mentor, father grandfather.
