@WallStreetApes Had a similar experience. Turned them down after they bid. They kept calling to get another guy out there to do another bid. Finally said sure just to not even let the guy in the next week. No more calls after that.

@Fat_Electrician If they get tax breaks, deals on electric that communities cover, or over consume water that's where I would have an issue. They seem to be getting sweet deals that everyone around them suffers for and all the residents get is a loud eyesore and higher bills.
