This more evidence of HO’s downright cruelty. Starmer so keen to distance himself from being associated with lefty lawyers but you must hope he will insist on due process come this time next year.
Another home office tactic. They are now withdrawing applications saying they haven’t received a ‘letter of authority’ from legal reps (where one was sent years before and we have been on record ever since). In this case we also sent one 4 weeks ago in reply to their request.
I was born two years into a civil war so my parents had to flee twice in three years. It also meant when we got to the UK they had to start from scratch since their qualifications were not accepted + 9/11 just happened. Long work shifts yet they still kept up with my school work.
