I'm bullish on ZRO and think it will reach $40.
I've just conducted in-depth research on the $ZRO token and would like to share my findings with you.
I'm pretty sure the token will reach the top 50 on @CoinMarketCap.
Investing in $ZRO is more of a bet on the business than on altcoins in general. Let me explain why I think that.
To elaborate further, we must understand that the cryptocurrency market today is moving more towards a business approach, similar to stocks. If a project is profitable, it can make buybacks and improve the welfare of its token. In other words, a token is not just a financing opportunity for many projects.
◽️ On 17 April 2025, Fund @a16zcrypto led a $55 million investment round in $ZRO. The investment price in $ZRO is $550 million, or 55 cents, as you know.
In other words, A16z bought a 10% stake in ZRO, subject to a three-year lock-up period. The most interesting thing is that this isn't their first investment in ZRO. They were previously the lead investor in Series A and Series B, which is a bullish sign indicating that tier 1 funds such as A16z are increasing their holdings in $ZRO.
◽️ I think it's only a matter of time before people stop saying, “Oh, there's some @LayerZero thing, they have token called $ZRO. It costs a dollar. It's expensive. We're not going to buy it. There are better calculators out there. We'll buy those instead,” and start running after Sui instead.
When train went they said: "Oh, @SuiNetwork — what a great project! It has grown so much." I think this stage of development with $ZRO still has to happen. That doesn't mean it will happen this year though. It could be 2026 or even 2027.
◽️ On 22 September, LayerZero announced that they are buying back 50 million $ZRO from early investors. This represents 5% of the total issuance. Early investors are actually a problem for the project. On 22 September, LayerZero was worth approximately $2, so if they bought back 50 million $ZRO at an average price of $2, that would equate to around $100 million.
Early investors are important because they have a strong influence on the price. If we look at the first rounds of LayerZero and the $ZRO token, we can see that the seed round was raised with an investment of only $2 million at a valuation of $20 million. So @LayerZero_Core team doing buybacks from early investers which is really bullish.
◽️ Also bullish news is the @StargateFinance acquisition. On 24 August 2025, the Stargate DAO vote concluded with 94% in favour of the acquisition by LayerZero.
The acquisition was completed between 25 and 28 August, as confirmed in an official LayerZero blog post. STG-to-ZRO swaps opened on https://t.co/WF1ThiU1Ee.
On 1 December 2025, the first $1.2 million ZRO buyback tranche was executed using revenues from September to November. Following this, veSTG staking rewards will expire at the end of February 2026, with 100% of Stargate revenues then shifting to ZRO buybacks.
◽️ The $STG conversion to $ZRO is also almost complete. If we go to @arkham https://t.co/mdx5m4okcU , we can see that the majority has already converted. If we filter by a minimum of 100,000 $ZRO tokens, we can see that the last time this kind of conversion occurred was 2–3 months ago. We can also track some wallets and see that the whales are buying even more ZRO tokens now. Just choose the last random wallet who converted 100k+ $ZRO tokens:
https://t.co/tDoBxAorpb
◽️ BTW sharing the next alpha link of ZRO whales: These guys know what they are doing and buying more $ZRO tokens:
https://t.co/PgtmfxSHjr
◽️ In October 2025, LayerZero bought back ~5.8 million $ZRO at an estimated average price of ~$1.73 in a $10 million open-market purchase.
◽️ I also research LayerZero income.
Thanks to open reports I asked @Grok to show me the whole data. Why did I do it?
Because I think that if a project is earning a good income, it definitely has a future.
In 2025, LayerZero made approximately $33.4 million (exluding Q4). This gives an approximate monthly average income of $2,783,333 which is a really good result.
◽️ Some thoughts about these Stargate and LayerZero incomes as well. Just imagine the team earning a good amount of money, even in this bad and slow market. Now just imagine what will happen when we're in a green market.
How many times will revenues and buybacks increase? 👀
This reply is another bullish sign.
◽️ Bryan aka @PrimordialAA replied to an X user who was asking about the LayerZero Fee Switch Referendum, such as when it will reach quorum and what his thoughts are about it.
So, my bullish point is that the fee switch will happen sooner or later. Once quorum is reached (the quorum amount decreases with each vote), the collected fees will be converted to $ZRO and burned. The next vote begins on 20 December 2025.

Here are some interesting and positive facts about @LayerZero and Bryan Pellegrino:
Bryan Pellegrino aka @PrimordialAA learned about @Bitcoin and used it to play poker. He is a poker player, he played in 2011. He mined with his brother and another person. You could therefore say that he was one of the very first Bitcoin HODLers. He was one of the first to stay in the game and create his own major project.
Today, the LayerZero employs 160 people. It is located in Vancouver, Canada. 120 of these work in the Vancouver office, with the rest split between Hong Kong and New York.
There were problems with Silicon Valley Bank. You may remember it as the bank that collapsed in spring 2023. The company had $100 million in that bank. All the money was withdrawn literally an hour and a half before the bank closed. In other words, the bank closed an hour and a half later.
They have diversified their money since then. They don't need new investments now. Some of the money has been invested in bonds and so on. The company can actually survive in a bad market.
P.S. From what I know, $ZRO is not a token that will pump so fast during these months.
No, it's a token for a fundamental project, and the team is taking a long-term approach.
LayerZero is a project that has certainly found its niche in the world of crypto.
I have tried to write all the bullish arguments in one post. If you want to encourage your friends to buy $ZRO, you can simply send them this tweet so they can read and consider all the arguments.
NFA and DYOR
Thank you for reading! We would be so grateful if you could share this tweet far and wide. Here are the top arguments as to why $ZRO will reach at least $40 per token. Feel free to share it! 💜
ZULTS 4EVER! 🐧
Voting for the Stargate acquisition has gone live on Snapshot.
It’s probably too early to say, but I’m confident that the bridge is coming home.
ICYMI: @LayerZero_Core proposed to acquire @StargateFinance for $110 million and swap the governance token $STG at a specific price for $ZRO.
Initially, the proposal was posted on the Stargate forum for discussion.
and many long term stakers voice concerns about the proposal being kind of unfair.
(It’s understandable if I stake my tokens long term, I expect better compensation.)
Still, Stargate is an amazing product, especially as one of the first movers in interoperability, but it has lacked brand visibility and reportedly limited run way so this deal is important for it long term sustainability.
Layer zero wants to officially bring the Stargate bridge under its brand to gain more exposure and drive user acquisition.
For me I think it best to vote yes.
Just watched the podcast between @arjunnchand and @tomkysar and its really simple
Dear stg holders,
If you reject this deal, Stargate dies slower
If you accept, Stargate wins faster
Let’s be honest
Stargate has been the best bridge in crypto
great pricing, unlimited bridging, protocol-owned liquidity, Hydra, etc
No need to rent liquidity like every other bridge
That’s why it grabbed market share and built a moat.
But the moat is not enough. Bridging fees are going to zero. $300k in monthly revenue is nice, but it doesn’t scale forever.
A bridge token alone has no long-term speculation
People don’t buy bridges, they use them
LayerZero is different. It’s an interop protocol with a bigger brand, deeper partnerships, and way more upside.
Interop tokens carry speculation because they’re not capped at bridging.
They touch everything on multiple fronts....stablecoins, intents, tokenized assets, etc.
Stargate was always supposed to be the consumer-facing product, but running it under a DAO has slowed everything down
DAOs are slow, but LayerZero ships fast.
Here’s the math:
Stargate makes ~$3.6M ARR
Treasury has ~$95M(non-stg tokens)
LayerZero is offering ~$120M total, which means they’re effectively paying ~$25M for the actual business.
That’s more than ~7x ARR in a market where bridging fees keep compressing
No one else is going to pay that
Not Coinbase, not Circle, not Robinhood
Stargate isn’t big enough on its own. LayerZero is the only buyer who can run Stargate seamlessly, because they’ve already done 90% of the development without obligation
V1, V2, Hydra, OFTs......those all came from LZ engineers
Here’s the silent threat:
If this deal fails, LayerZero can take the $120M, spin up their own retail bridge/product with the LayerZero brand, and crush Stargate.
They don’t even have to try hard
Stargate would get cannibalized
Here’s the upside:
If the deal passes, Stargate gets "steroids" like tom said haha
• Full LayerZero backing
• Bigger integrations
• Faster shipping
• And most importantly, ZRO as the single token to carry value
Stargate’s revenue becomes ZRO buybacks, that’s long-term value accrual tied to the whole LayerZero ecosystem, not just bridge fees.
The market already sees it. The implied swap ratio is 1 STG = 0.08634 ZRO.
On open markets right now, STG trades at 0.0826 ZRO
The spread is closing, traders are pricing in confidence this passes.
So the choice for STG holders is simple.
Vote no, and you’ll get a slow bleed while LayerZero builds a competitor.
Vote yes, and you get alignment with the strongest interop team in crypto, plus a seat on the rocket.
This is the first deal of its kind
Competitors should be scared
Stargate holders should be practical
The future is one team, one token, one direction.
Do you want Stargate to live, or do you want Stargate to win?
btw, my favorite clip from the podcast👇
Thoughts on the future of crypto.
Thanks to @realDonaldTrump , the new law on stablecoins is like opening Pandora's box and entering heaven at the same time.
It's all about technology. I mean, technology itself is neutral; it's about how people will use it.
As for the 'heaven' part, I think that thanks to our @LayerZero_Core technology, stablecoins will soon be used by every app, project, brand, food company, big pharma company, etc.
Why did I say thanks to @LayerZero_Core?👇
Tokenizing real-world assets means fewer intermediaries, more investment opportunities, and clear, trusted ownership records for all.

Can a blockchain do that? Algorand can.
