When I care for someone I'm very intentional in making sure I treat them the way I would like to be treated and I don't do anything I wouldn't like them doing to me.

Not every little thing is telling you it's going to be a bad day. Smile, maybe laugh at yourself and enjoy the rest of your beautiful day.
This morning I couldn't find my phone and then I remembered that I looked at it while walking past it to look for it and do you know ⬇️
Distance & absence do not make me want a nigga more, or make my heart grow fonder. I actually start disliking them more each day ion hear from them. 😂😂😂😂

it’s admirable that you have so much grace and you’re able to understand and forgive people, however, sometimes it’s to your detriment. by constantly being understanding and forgiving, you set a precedent that people can get away with treating you badly and you will still be there for them. you are the person who helps people become the best version of themselves at the expense of your own mental health. then you’re discarded because you have too much baggage, which you got from them.
it’s easy for people to leave you because most times, you’re just someone to lean on, not necessarily easy to love. this isn’t because you’re unlovable. this is because you attract people who need a clutch and you’re always willing to help. i wish you knew how to choose better people. people who reciprocate your love, not people who use you. stop being a saviour, it isn’t serving you.
I saw a Tik Tok video of a woman cleaning her home that said "taking care of what God has already given me, so he knows I appreciate and care for what's to come. No matter where life takes you, you have to learn to take care of what he's given you otherwise, he can't give you more".
This is your reminder🫶🏽
